Description: Using the Congressional Review Act, this resolution by Flood (R-NE) nullifies a rule issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission that requires separate disclosure requirements for users of cryptocurrency. CPAC opposes special disclosure requirements for users of cryptocurrency and supported this resolution. The resolution passed the Senate but was vetoed by President Biden.
