Subject: Standard for Determining Joint Employer Status
Description: James (R-MI) resolution which uses the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to eliminate the Biden-backed rule issued by the National Labor Relation Board that changed the Joint Employer Rule and virtually eliminated part time work. The rule forced them to live under the heavy regulations of full-time employees. CPAC opposed this change that aimed at eliminating the "gig" economy and supported this resolution. The resolution passed the Senate but was vetoed by President Biden.
