Description: This Congressional Review Act resolution sponsored by Sen. Fischer (R-NE) nullifies a rule issued by the EPA titled "Control of Air Pollution from New Motor Vehicles: Heavy-Duty Engine and Vehicle Standards". The rule sets stringent emissions standards for heavy-duty vehicles manufactured in 2027 and in the years after. CPAC opposes the promotion of the left's radical climate agenda through the imposition of costly regulations, and supported this resolution. (A 3/5 vote was required to override President Biden's veto.)
